Our Research

Our research and training align closely with industry needs. Collaborating with our research partner, LHP Skillnet is currently conducting two studies. The first examines the feasibility of a nationwide induction program for home care support workers. The second delves into international career pathways for these workers, aiming to devise an effective model for Ireland. We highly value member input gathered through surveys and focus groups, aiding us in refining practices and training quality. Our overarching mission is to elevate the sector through research-backed insights, enhanced training, and robust career support.
