Nurse Manager Training To Unlock Your Potential
This programme consists of a 4-hour virtual group workshop followed by 3 hour-long online Zoom sessions of one-on-one coaching per participant.* Explore your leadership style, step confidently into your new responsibilities, and unlock your potential to lead effectively during the group session. Then, follow up during coaching and engage further on learning outcomes.
*The one-on-one coaching session will need to be completed within 6-8 weeks after the workshop date. Coaching sessions are scheduled on an individual basis.
