The training further aims to empower GPs and Practice Managers with comprehensive expertise for successfully navigating the complexities of practice management.

Unlock Opportunities With Practice Management

Essential learning outcomes include compliance with policies, improving staff recruitment and management skills, understanding state schemes, grants, and income opportunities. The programme further covers practice resources, digital tools, and communication within the practice team.

Participants also explore the principles of Practice Management and the Practice Management role. Further aspects of business administration include HR and staff management, state finances, practice policies and resource optimization, as well as time management. This course is delivered over 7 weeks through live Zoom webinars with recordings and additional on-demand materials.

Upon enrolling, participants are invited to complete an initial assignment, supported by a provided template. Additionally, mini quizzes are interspersed to gauge understanding of pre-recorded content. Throughout the programme, ample time is allotted for interaction and questions. The programme does not require a formal evaluation. However, upon completion, participants are awarded a Best Practice Certificate.
