LHP Skillnet are delighted to announce that our first research paper in collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI) will be published in the Nurse Education in Practice International Journal.

The remit of the journal spans education and clinical practice. It is at the forefront in publishing individual and collaborative papers that bridge the gap between education and practice, sharing and disseminating evidence to demonstrate the actual practice of teaching and learning experienced within the realities of the work environment.

The research report provides valuable insights into attitudes and experiences of long-term care professionals towards different teaching modalities. The report identified four key recommendations which LHP Skillnet is actively implementing by offering Coaching and Mentoring courses at QQI Level 6 as part of our commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for our students.
