Following up on its recent survey on the same subject, the RCSI is conducting a study in collaboration with LHP Skillnet to examine the educational needs and perceptions of work environment, burnout, and turnover intention of Directors of Nursing in the long-term care sector.

As part of this study, we are inviting Directors of Nursing as well as Owners and Registered-Provider Representatives to be interviewed or join an online focus group. This study has received ethical approval from the research ethics committee (REC) at the RCSI in Dublin.
