November was a very busy month for conferences and events for LHP Skillnet.

Our team was at the Nursing Homes Ireland annual conference in Lyrath Estate, Co. Kilkenny on 10th of November. We were also present at the 2022 International Dementia Conference, hosted by Engaging Dementia, on 15th and 16th of November at Croke Park, Dublin. During this conference we presented our QQI Level 5 Certificate in Dementia Care programme to the delegates.

We also attended the IITD National Learning & Development Conference in Croke Park which was a great opportunity to meet other learning professionals. During the conference the IITD announced it’s renaming to the Learning and Development Institute.

A healthcare recruitment fair was held by Intreo in Tallaght and LHP Skillnet was there. Visitors showed particular interest in our Certificate in Healthcare Support programme which is free to eligible jobseekers.
