Learning Needs Analysis 2023 – 2025

Last chance to complete the survey – closes Friday 28th October

As the healthcare sector continues to face many challenges, Leading Healthcare Providers (LHP) Skillnet aims to continue to support our member companies to address work force planning and talent development through the provision of subsidised education and training as well as through research and new programme development.

LHP Skillnet is a not-for-profit learning network co-funded by Skillnet Ireland and member companies. Skillnet Ireland is funded by the National Training Fund through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation, and Science. Of the 72 Skillnet Ireland learning networks, we are the only learning network dedicated exclusively to providing funding support towards training and education in the private healthcare sector.

Every 3 years, LHP Skillnet submits an application to Skillnet Ireland for funding to support the growth and workforce development of the private healthcare sector through the provision of subsidised training and education.

In support of our 2023-2025 application for grant funding, we are inviting and encouraging our member companies to please take a few minutes to complete our learning needs analysis (LNA) survey. It is essential that we undertake an LNA in order to identify and support the training/up-skilling requirements of our members which address both current and future knowledge and skills gaps within the sector.

The stronger case we make, the greater chance we have of securing funding which will enable us to support a greater number of member companies across the country.

The survey can be accessed HERE.
