Medical Secretaries and Receptionists play a key role in the GP Practice front office team. Asumpta Gallagher of Best Practice has designed this programme to provide students with practical tools and actionable knowledge to perform in their roles more efficiently. The programme will be delivered online and is a blended training using a combination of recorded material and live webinars.


The programme will be delivered online over 4 sessions over 4 weeks, via Zoom. Each session will last 60 minutes. You will require a computer with a webcam and microphone or a laptop with a built in webcam to participate in this programme.
