Course Description

Change is the only constant. For organisations this can be a challenge, insofar as people, processes, and systems may not readily embrace change. This proven two-day programme will provide you with the skills to introduce, implement, and institutionalise change within your healthcare organisation.

Participants will learn from industry experts and academic leaders. Through interactive activities and structured exercises, participants will learn how to plan for and position change, understand the human dynamics and reaction to change, and how to embed last change within their organisation.

Course Aim

By the end of this two-day programme participants will have the skills and tools to affect success change within their organisations. Participants will know how to approach and deal with the barriers to change including culture and human dynamics. In addition, participants will be provided with a range of tool to successfully implement change.
