Last year’s Advanced Care Management (A/CaMP) Programme was an enormous success, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. LHP Skillnet has decided to implement the programme again with the next programme commencing in mid-April.

Given the new demands on services from HIQA in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, deputising arrangements have become essential. Key staff are authorised to take on new roles. We created The Advanced Care Management Programme in support of this.

The programme seeks to equip select individuals within nursing homes with a comprehensive body of knowledge, highlighting regulatory and best practice requirements.

We provide participants with the skills to apply the tools and techniques to support their implementation.

The programme will address all facets of service and care provision within nursing homes. The programme allows students to develop a robust governance model of person-centred individual care.

The Advanced Care Management Programme empowers learners to provide exceptional care, positively impacting the lives of nursing home residents. Delivering the attention and support their residents deserve.

The next iteration of the programme will be delivered over 8 months with 2 modules per month. We’ll have more details very soon!
